Natural Sitting Room

Before

Taking out the original bathtub in the downstairs bathroom allowed us to install a wet bar in the adjacent room. This was a very crowded guest room which accumulated lots of stuff and was not being used to its full potential.

The old bathtub in the downstairs bathroom was removed. It was a perfect niche for the wet bar in the adjacent guest room.

Lots of stuff!

This guest room already had french doors leading into the dining room. A perfect place to add the wet bar and sofa and chairs.

Framing was added for the new wall in the bathroom. The old bathtub had basic plumbing in place for the new sink.
