The dining room was rarely used and in need of an update. The first idea was to purchase a ping pong table which converted to a dining table. After the pool table was found on Craig’s List for $200, it was painstakingly renovated—taking three months to complete. It is now the star of the show!
Taking out the original bathtub in the downstairs bathroom allowed us to install a wet bar in the adjacent room. This was a very crowded guest room which accumulated lots of stuff and was not being used to its full potential.
This bathroom sits on the main living floor in the hallway near the kitchen, dining and living room and was in desperate need of a renovation. The bathtub was never used so we decided to use that space in the adjoining room as a wet bar with a wine fridge and cabinets.
This bathroom had not been touched since the 1960’s and it was time for an overhaul. My eleven year old client insisted on an all white bright and refreshing bathroom. For easy care, ceramic and porcelain tile was used in place of marble for easy care and maintenance.
